Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By installing or using the AI TryOn Chrome extension (“Extension”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Extension and do not use it.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to install and use the Extension in your browser for personal, non‑commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies.

3. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

  • Use the Extension for any illegal, harmful or deceptive activity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Extension, its infrastructure or other users.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise access the source code except where allowed by law.
  • Use the Extension in a way that violates the terms or policies of the websites you visit.

4. Third‑party sites

AI TryOn overlays information on third‑party shopping sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, prices, availability or their own privacy or terms.

5. Intellectual property

All intellectual‑property rights in the Extension (including its design, code, graphics and branding) belong to Sublimity Softwares or our licensors. Using the Extension does not give you ownership of any part of it.

6. Changes and availability

We may update or change the Extension from time to time, for example to improve performance or add compatibility, and we may discontinue it at our discretion. Where practical, significant changes will be reflected in the Chrome Web Store listing.

7. No warranty

The Extension is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error‑free or that the previews will exactly match real‑world fit, colour or appearance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits or reputation, arising out of or related to your use of the Extension. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid (if anything) to use the Extension in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Extension, or where required by law or Chrome Web Store policies.

10. Governing law

Unless local law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes will be handled by the courts in Pune, India.
